Overview of the webinar

Without good communications, businesses cannot operate to their potential. Effective and efficient communication is vital to any business, whether verbal, written, or through body language. It is possible to get our point across clearly, respectfully, and properly without jeopardizing our professional communication skills. All employees represent your business and should leave a positive and lasting impression, internally as well as externally. There are many unwritten rules to professional communication etiquette, particularly now with the preponderance of technology venues. In addition to sharing points of view, listening skills are also a huge component towards successful message transmissions. Guidelines can help to identify what is appropriate, tactful, and respectful in various business communication settings, while giving recognition to varying styles, preferences, and personalities.
